Always a joy stepping into Higher Grounds when we're in the area because we always know that whatever the drink of choice is that day, it will be delightful. What drives it home for me is the wall of beans you can bag and take as that gets me by for a few weeks while I miss that mountain air. There are only a few tables inside from r seating though so it best to grab and go.

Delicious coffee, and prompt, friendly service. Wide selection of drink options. Some limited selection of edibles. Can purchase many varieties of whole bean coffee to take home.

Went here twice while visiting Boone. As soon as you step inside you smell their fresh coffee beans and they smell amazing. My latte was delicious and they have lots of flavors to choose from.

Purchased an apple pie chai with oatmilk and it was one of the most delicious drinks I've ever tasted in my life. Huge selection of beans for purchase. Reasonable prices. Only thing that would make this shop better is to have a couple chessboards available for folks to play.

The coffee was not great. We got oatmilk latte and oatmilk mocha and it was undrinkable. The espresso tasted burnt and chocolate tasted like ovaltine.The 2 star is because despite the coffee being awful, the batista were really nice.

I love the coffee and smoothies! The location is perfect. The atmosphere is cozy. Definitely the perfect place to hang out on a rainy day.

Never been there before. The counter person was soooo helpful. I got the coffee I wanted and it was so delicious. I will go back. Thank you High Ground Coffee. Got some chocolate covered beans as well.

Today visit was outstanding. The bairsta, who waited on me, went above and beyond the normal customer service. She was nice and pleasant to talk to. (Hats of to Them) I visited today 4/17 around 245 pm. Thanks for a great cup of Coffee, too.
