Brian has worked with us several times to help us out and has always looked after our best interest and I believe that he has trusted us when other banks would not have taken the chance. My personal experience with LifeStore was short but unpleasant. Someone bought a car from me and used LifeStore for a loan. The loan disbursement check was written out to the buyer, in addition to myself and my husband. Since the buyer was listed as a payee, I was not able to deposit the check in any of my back accounts. Both of my banks questioned why the check had the buyers name on it to begin with. The “solution” from LifeStore was to come in to get a new check issued, but it had to be my husband and I both coming in at the same time. Not particularly easy with multiple little children. We came in and we were immediately told that the buyer had to be present too. Which was not what we were told over the phone. After pushing back, the woman at the front desk checked with the person I had spoken with, and came back, not saying anything to me, but simply reissuing the check. I’m thankful to finally have a check that is useful to me, but the process of getting it was not a pleasant one. Why my husband had to be present is beyond me. They never even spoke to him, they never asked for our ID’s or anything to confirm identity. So why did he need to be there? If he didn’t need to be there, I could have had this taken care of much sooner. Just a super frustrating process that didn’t need to be, and the customer service didn’t make it any better. Hoping this review helps LifeStore to improve the process and make sure everyone is trained on how to handle this situation.

If you just need a bank for direct deposit and everyday life, I have to say I'm a bit disappointed.The app is one of the most finicky I've personally dealt with and none of their secure sign in features work.The other glaring downside is, although they issue MasterCards for their debit cards, they DO NOT use MasterCard ID Check; so many online stores who require that security authentication will not allow your purchase to be made.I will say I do not have experience with them as a loan institution or insurance company, nor as a business customer; but for the average person I'd recommend elsewhere.All that being said, the people I've dealt with who work for LifeStore have been absolutely lovely and I have nothing negative to say about any of them!

I have commercial insurance through Lifestore and it's always been a very smooth process. They are friendly and accommodating. They are always quick to respond to questions and they reach out in advance to make the renewal process a breeze. Highly recommend!

Horrible! They will let people steal money right out of your account and do nothing. They have been the worst bank I’ve ever worked with. I am disappointed and disgusted that they have no regard for others money and that is the job of a banker. They will be as rude as possible and hang up on you too.
