Had to wait a long time to talk to somebody. They weren't able to help me but gave me a good referral to someone who could. They seem to want to deal more with large clients and corporate accounts. If you're looking for a place to have your home office or home home computer, this is not your place.

We have used them for quite a few things. They have been very responsive with any issues-including "pilot error" and their prices are reasonable.
