The Paul H. Broyhill Wellness Center has served as the primary gym for the High Country since 1998. The 63,000-square-foot Wellness Center is more than just a gym. The fitness center includes an indoor track, therapy pool, lap pool, racquetball and basketball courts, CrossFit, a variety of fitness classes, a fully equipped cardio gym, locker rooms, a massage therapy studio and childcare services.
Beyond it's extensive list of amenities the Wellness Center fitness staff is perhaps even more impressive. The highly trained and certified personal trainers share backgrounds in either exercise science or health promotion.
