I have banked with Pnc starting when I lived in Kentucky for 16 years. I have needed very little from them and been happy with the service until this past year. Back in the summer I was selling a piece of property I needed to speak with someone about how to handle the money. I was told somebody would call me back in a few hours. They never called back. Then when I was ready to buy a house, I went to them to get my home loan. I actually walked into the bank to talk with someone. He told me the loan officer would be back with me that afternoon or the next day. No one called me back and a week later I had to call them. have to say they were less than helpful. I felt like they didn’t care if they had my business or not. I finally gave up with them and went to rocket mortgage which was more than happy to have my business and had excellent customer service. I probably will not be banking with Pnc much longer sadly.

Literally just spent 30 minutes at the bank for two commercial deposits. I get they only have one person working on the teller line but when you only have one line and you’re only assisting one person at a time how could it possibly take that long? Also I would like to point out the fact that it’s been this way for as long as I can remember. It always takes too long. 5/10 times there is a mistake made. And frankly the employees are rude. Bank ANY WHERE ELSE.

Sarah is wonderful! She's helped us on several transactions. So friendly and professional. Took time to explain everything and get our questions resolved. And when we use the drive-through, the other employees are efficient and helpful as well.

This is the slowest bank I have ever dealt with. One of my pay checks was deposited into the wrong account and it has down hill a lot.

been customer of this bank since 1988, long before it was pnc. have about 8 accounts with them. closed one recently due to fees being charged that i was told no longer would be charged. now, transfered funds via external account and after 4 days, money still not in account.

I am currently switching banks. Today I went by to make a deposit and Jacob is literally the rudest and always so unprofessional. One lady I believe autumn asked if he could help me and his response was. I guess. Always a line and always making me wait

On 11/12/18 a guy called pnc and did 2 despite on my account and the pnc rep approved it even when it was not me at all. And closed the card also the never notified me at all about it. And then refused me to both my accounts and also being charged over draft fees and having no access to them and told me to wait for a letter in the mail so I did to find out today with out notice they closed my accounts. So Pnc employees do fraud on accounts and don't give notices at all. If I could leave no stars I would.

I've been with PNC for a long time. I recently received a call from John, one of their team members. It was a regular checkup call. He was very helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with- We applied for a mortgage and then didn't hear back and were informed weeks later the manager handling our loan had left and nothing was done on our loan at all- today I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru - only to watch other cars pull right up in the closed lane and received immediate attention- never mind the 5 cars that had been waiting- then the teller tells me well you are welcome to come inside- tell me ms rocket scientist how would suggest I get out of line with cars in front and back of me. They are understaffed and poorly trained at every level - they make mistakes on our commercial deposits constantly- last week forgetting to count the cash before they put in the drawer and then had to wait to another manager was back from lunch to count their drawer before they could give me a receipt. Save yourself the headache bank elsewhere
