“Great service from G&B / Appalachian Energy, they installed a new heating oil tank and connections. Easy to work with, office staff was very helpful as this is my first home that has an oil furnace.”

“Has always been easy to work with and quick to respond. This morning I woke up with no power to half of my house, so I called their service line. I spoke with a very helpful man named Travis who confirmed the issue was on their side and said he’d put in a ticket. A truck was at my house in under an hour and I had power back before I finished breakfast!”

“Initially took a while to get through to a customer service rep. 2 times at 30 minutes on hold each. After that, my account was set up by a representative in 15 minutes and my 120 gallon tank filled less than 12 hours later. Appreciated the fast delivery prior to a big storm. Thank you!”
