I tried visiting on a Tuesday and despite the hours saying they would be open at 10 (I visited at 12) nobody was there.I’ve updated my review solely based on the super sweet employee who I was able to see a couple hours after my initial review. They were amazing!!

Went into this Sally’s on Tuesday (March 21st) and had a very pleasant experience! The woman working, I believe she said her name was Abby if I am not mistaken, was very sweet and went above and beyond to help me find hair products I actually enjoy! She answered all my questions and was such a joy to talk to! Will be a returning customer.

This location goes above and beyond every time I visit. The employees are kind, helpful, and patient. A sweet young lady named Abbi helped me find the perfect hair dye and all the necessary tools. She couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Again could not praise this store enough.

The color remover that was recommended to me made my hair fall out to the point i had to shave it. And i jave chemical burns on my scalp. It is blistered

I went in specifically to get toner. The woman working would not stop asking me questions about my hair and what products I use and telling me I'm damaging my hair. I didn't ask for advice. I just wanted toner. She then tells me the one I picked up is completely wrong for my skin tone and suggests other shades. After settling on a toner she then tries to convince me to buy $25 worth of shampoo and conditioner I wasn't interested in at all. What should have been an easy two minute trip was completely blown out of proportion and I'm not going back.

I'm a natural redhead and honestly I really wish that the workers would stop giving me unsolicited advice... Every bit of unsolicited advice has never worked and if anything it's been a waste of money.

Went to Sally's yesterday. The young lady working wad excellent. I have been a bright red for about 3 months with lots of bleeding and fading. The lady was able to help me with a ton of knowledge she has learned by doing her own hair. She offered many products that would help with my problem. I went in with really no idea what to do because the damage to my hair to keep maintaining the red has been ridiculous. She helped me soooo much! She did a Great job! Was very impressed!

I went from a dark blue/purple to bright red in one day thanks to one of these lovely attendants! I didn’t get her name, unfortunately, but she helped point in me in the right direction for bleach (I had never bleached my hair before) and made sure I had good products for minimal damage!

They lady was knowledgeable and really helped me. This was the first time lightening my hair and due to her help and knowlege my hair turned out awesome. Fantastic customer service.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I’ve worked at Sally’s in the past and this location is just absolutely terrible. The first time I went in no one greeted me and I had to go and locate the beauty advisor who then had an entire attitude about looking for something in back stock for me. Additionally, the entire store was a mess, nothing was stocked or in the correct place. I went later in the day to get something I forgot and another associate did greet me, however the disorganization of this store is so out of hand! Every single item I purchased was a different price than what was displayed on the tag and when I brought this fact to the attention of the associate so she could price match the actual price on the tag (like a 2$ difference no big deal but Every. Single. Item had the wrong price on the tag) she refused and said it was “probably just in the wrong spot”. This Sally’s location literally sucks so bad
