This store is always so organized and clean. They’re constantly getting new stuff and a lot of times brand new stuff! The employees are always so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help any customer. Especially the managers. I love this store!

This was such a disappointing experience. I had the option to sell these items, but I chose to donate thinking it would help someone in need but not only did Salvation Army cause me angry and disappointed, they also denied someone needy and less fortunate an opportunity to use my furniture and other items. I didn’t know employees can resale donated items how I found today, while shopping at the store Curiosity in Boone today. I found mine to your store donated items for sale for high prices. I asked the Curiosity’s sale associate to who those items belong and found out this lady Macy is reselling donated stuff. How is this possible? I thought I’m helping people in need.Specially this lady Macy gave me such an attitude couple of times.I’m not going to donate to Salvation Army anymore. This is truly disappointing experience!

The store itself is a nice thrift store, but the employee Macy had a terrible attitude and treated the customer poorly.

Their items are WAY over priced ,as if you are in an antique store, and the cashier(lady with glasses and long grey hair) is very staunch and rude. I thought it was a thrift store not a consignment shop?!

I frequent this Salvation Army and have enjoyed shopping here in the past, but today I had a pretty uncomfortable experience in the store. I had been shopping around for about 10 minutes or so, and went to put back a shirt that I had been carrying around, of which I decided I didn’t want to buy anymore. I placed the shirt back in the same spot that I had originally found it in, next to a shirt of its same kind, and in the same moment that I placed it back, one of the clerks immediately snatched it from its place and moved it saying “I’ll just put it back myself”. It was just unnecessarily rude and passive aggressive, and I didn’t appreciate how close she got to me in doing this. I went on to leave the store after this happened because it was just made me feel unwelcome, and she went on to tell me to sarcastically tell me to have a nice day. This same clerk has never been particularly friendly in the past, of which is fine by me but this was just uncalled for and makes me want to not return. I have worked retail in the past, and can understand the frustration of when customers put things back in the wrong places, but there’s no need to be condescending about it. It is literally your job to make sure the store is in order- LOL.

It was great. We found some quality items at fantastic prices. Today they have 50% off. I highly recommend this place. The people that run the store are so nice and pleasant.
