“Place is lacking many things for a mall. For what it has it is a good place to go and they have a wonderful tj max and HomeGoods store And a belks but the rest of the stores are mostly shut down.”

“It's easy to shoot up the mountain from Lenoir to Shoppes on the Parkway. My last visit was on 08/17/23. Several of the original "anchor stores" of this outlet center have closed. In addition to the usual "recognizable name" retail outlet stores, a locally owned drug store, a large artist/vendor kiosk space, a couple of new restaurants, and a gem mine have opened in the center over the past 2 years, so there is something here for the whole family. My current faves at this center are Columbia, Rack Room Shoes, Talbot's, Coal Miner's Daughter, and Egg Rollin'. (Don't let the name fool you! Egg Rollin' so much more than egg rolls!)”

“SouthMarke has a unique collection of stores in a comfortable and beautifully landscaped place on Main Street. Great outdoor seating for those not shopping or taking a break.”
“Good stuff up here. You can get healthy smoothies, guns, groceries, stuff for $1.25, lunch or have your vacuum fixed. Also a good parking lot to take a car nap.”
