The Sleep Inn Boone University Area is a centrally located hotel noted for being very nice, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Guests describe comfortable beds and clean, comfortable rooms, often highlighting the polite, super friendly, helpful, and phenomenal staff. The breakfast is also mentioned as being nice. The hotel provides amenities including a pool, refrigerator, and ample parking. A primary concern is the parking and building layout, which creates poor traffic flow and congestion, making it feel unsafe. While the pool is available, some guests note it is not a heated indoor pool. The hotel serves as a transfer dorm for the nearby university and is positioned close to other hotels and restaurants.
This is such a nice, clean hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Breakfast was great and parking was easy.
