Gotta say I was a bit cautious walking in because of pass reviews we had read but we had a great experience. We did make an appointment by mobile app a few days ago and arrived a bit before & checked in at the kiosk by the front door & just waited for our turn. They weren’t too busy during our time there. Staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and actually gave us helpful tips. We weren’t able to do everything we needed to get done there but we definitely left with good /useful tips and considered our visit here work the time.

The MOST RUDE & INCOMPETENT staff I've ever experienced. The big guy with the black beard obviously hates his job and is, by far, the worst & most rude sales rep I've ever dealt with....EVER!!! (Blonde lady isn't much better). I've been here many, many times and had never received stellar service but this time was outrageously terrible and completely unacceptable! Two days in a row, beard guy is constantly rolling his eyes, sighing with discontent at every question or request for information, and then completely cutting me off in mid sentence of my 4th question. Really makes me want to cancel all my Spectrum services! I will NEVER RETURN to this Boone store without a complete staffing change and beard guy should be fired!!!!! Go anywhere else!!! Johnson City, TN has a great store with very knowledgeable & polite staff.

we had to deal with a guy named joshua spillars, not only terrible at his job but just in general rude. if you go there and you get him, might as well just leave the store.

ive been here a few times. usually a pleasent experience. if you come here do NOT go to the man here. dont know what his problem was but he had a terrible attitude. you could tell from the moment you walked in that he didnt wanna be there. couldve been a bad day. regardless when i asked him questions about the differences in what he was telling me and what i was told on the phone he continuously loudly sighed and was very rude. he was not helpful at all. i was trying to apy for a program i mentioned it multiple times he acted like he didnt know what i was talking about. he went through the plan and said the exact plan i was talking about which then i mentioned that was the plan ive been trying to get the entire time. he got the information for me very annoyed and gave me no further steps. i wish boone had more internet providers because i wouldnt suggest coming here. prices are outrageous. especially because its a flat rate that doesnt change so one person or five people would have the same rate.

My experience with Emma was wonderful she was very helpful in fixing my problem,very friendly and understanding took the time to solve my problem unlike the guy at the first counter who wasn't friendly and said he couldn't help that they sell phones not work on them .

Ok, so this is the culmination of a horrible night and my savior Josh at this location. Let me just got ahead a dispel this myth that apple is not able to be hacked right now because it hey sure as heck are. I've always hated apple and their inferior computational power for twice the price. But! I like my safety and and grew up with it so I used it for ease of mind and use a real man's computer.I've been having issues with identity theft, now 5 in 4 years. Always on my compute and usually my fault. Well this last one was bad so I now pay about $999 a month to secure my PC. I finally felt safe until last night when I got blixed attack and was up all night mitigating losses. I like security but because cops don't care when my crypto is stolen. Turns out, the hack was spread to my phone from apple. I call spectrum, they don't know, call apple, they don't know and want to talk about getting a $20 return because I downloaded the virus from their store. Meanwhile I'm hemorrhageing money and no one know what to do. I'm about to lose it when Josh game to save the day!!! He fixed it and now I have no reason for this slave labored phone.Josh, when I figure this out I'm coming to you for my galaxy. Josh and Tanya thanks so much! Go spectrum!

Being a college student I expect to have great internet. I need to have good internet to do homework and quizzes. I'm the last 4 days the internet has gone out 5 times! Again in FOUR DAYS the internet has gone out FIVE TIMES!!! This is not okay! If I am paying all this money, my internet should not keep going out like this! When I called and asked after the 4th time of it going out. All I was given was "they are working on it" like yes I know that but why does this keep happening! Again was told "they are working on it" if I wasn't leaving town soon I would switch providers. If you need internet find another company if you can!

The store would almost make the Charter Spectrum experience a 5 star one. The hours and time spent on the phone with customer service and lack of wanting to help with an issue that wasn't even my issue. Was an issue on their side. To the scratch phone screen that we didn't open the box on but expect to pay $350 for and not get back. When I do go into this location I feel somewhat like a valued customer.

Spectrum internet seems sufficient but their mobile service is a nightmare. They were never able to port my partner’s phone number (apparently it’s a known issue on their end) and after over a month of waiting and being told it would be done soon, we switched to Verizon (they were able to port the number in about 5 minutes). We’re now fighting with Spectrum over our bill because they never canceled the line that was not activated because they were never able to port it over. We’ve spent hours a week on the phone with their customer service, first trying to get the number ported and now trying to get the account closed for a number that was never used due to their inability to port it over. I would never use their mobile service again.

This is my first review ever made. The tall white man with a beard and nose ring is a c*nt ^_^ only giving 2 stars because everyone else there has been nice and tried their best. However, the man stated above has been nonchalant and useless both times I've interacted with him. Was even on the phone when I came in and kept the phone to his ear while speaking to me. Very short spoken and I might as well have asked wall for help
