It makes sense that this store is half the size is was originally. Give it a little longer the place will be closed. Employees are more concerned about personal conversations than getting out from behind the counter to find anything. ORDER ONLINE...it's the only way to do business with Staples (if you must). Also, prices are better online. Store manager says they will price match their website. Great, why not just have the same price? So if you don't check online, you'll pay a higher price. Forget trying to return anything. They'll really give the the third degree about why you are returning it. I bought the wrong item (data cable), took it back unopened, had a receipt. I only wanted to exchange it for the correct item of the same price. They said they couldn't exchange it but could give me a store credit. I said fine (I'd just use the credit to buy the correct item). But they only wanted to give me a lesser price. They claimed it was an inventory issue. I had proof of my purchase amount but only after 20 min and a "manager" stepping in was the issue finally resolved. Even then, they had to return the item as "defective". Explain how that gives you an accurate inventory. Be it apathy or ineptitude, this location makes it extremely difficult to do business.

This store is one huge life saver. I traveled in from New York and had forgotten my business cards. I went there in a slight panic at 5pm the night before my meetings took place. KELLLLLLY! MY GIRL KELLLLLY got me taken care of within 2 hours I'm so thankful for the Boone staples!
