Pathetic store. No inventory. Everything I need to order that are out of but never tell you when you order it for online pick up, so you make a trip there for nothing. Shelves are bare and customer service is even more sparse. Would give 0 stars if that were an option.

I've had several great experiences in this store. I am grateful to have a place in town that recycles ink catridges and electronics. They have always been friendly when I needed help with something. I needed a laptop charger, bought a universal one, and when it wasn't compatible I brought it back to return it and they helped me put it neatly back in the box, which was pretty challenging.

I came in for an Amazon return and the gentleman helping me was most polite and most helpful. I believe his name was Melvin or marvin. The next time I go I will have a list for Staples.

I m live in Ashe where it’s almost an hour to Boone. I needed a simple T-100 Ethernet switch. Given the distance I called ahead to check stock. A young lady assured me they had 3 in stock. I got there and guess what???This is what happens when you hire children to do adult jobs. I won’t be returning.

Where the store is located,the parking area is shared with another store, Auto Zone , parking lot is a tight fit & be careful of the drainage hole when entering the parking lot, it's one of the worst I've ever seen. Staples is a good store to shop at & the employees are friendly & helpful.

Excellent print department. I drop my stuff off a few times each month and always impressed. Julie and the staff are great. I wish I got the associate's name today. Second time he waited on me and always accommodating.

Love this office supply superstore but hard to find what you want without walking distance. Staff are helpful if a little slow. Getting into the parking lot scrapes the underside of your car when you go in but there is plenty of parking.

My daughter and I were treated like garbage over getting 2 things printed. The one girl seemed to be beyond intimated by the manager who was whispering under her breath…and giving the poor girl dirty looks, as well as, the customers. I don’t understand how someone working in customer service and being a store manager could be so ugly! If she is that miserable she needs to make a career change! I have never been so horribly treated there! It takes a couple minutes at best to explain something! Customers aren’t the issue, she is!However, one person made up for…Alex…She took the time to help me, explain what wasn’t explained from the manager and other sales associate behind the printing counter, and treating me like a human being! People like Alex, are the ones that should be “spotlighted” for being so sincere!

Customer Service is not a priority in the print services team. This is the third disappointing interaction that I’ve had.
