They have a week pass and a day pass, very reasonably priced, and very convenient location if you're staying in Boone or even Blowing Rock. Great gym, clean, spacious, old school, plenty of (beautiful, sturdy, Rogue) racks for lifting and a cardio zone well-stocked but that I didn't try. Super friendly staff! We will definitely be back. We would be members if we lived there full time.

I was on vacation and needed a good gym to keep up on my bench press for upcoming meets. This is a great gym with solid staff and good members.

Basically, the gym is perfect. Plenty of free weights, squat racks, cardio equipment, turf for stretching. The staff is awesome! Best gym in town for anyone regardless of your goals.

$5 guest pass every day and $30 a month for a membership can’t really beat that. Owner is incredibly friendly and willing to assist anyone who asks.

My favorite local gym. The staff is friendly and I’ve never had an issue waiting on equipment or anything. Different gyms have different vibes. I like this gym because it’s focused. It’s a down to business, train hard, get strong kind of gym. Weights are always returned and people are respectful of one another. Anytime I’ve ever needed something, it’s always been where it should be. I typically train morning or early afternoon, I can’t speak to evening/night experiences. To the experienced gym goers, this gym has chalk. That should tell you everything you need to know about it :)

Love to leave a 5 star review for a gym. Visited twice while in Boone for vacation. Great to be able to get an affordable day pass with all the equipment and space to do some powerlifting. Clean, well organized, several squat racks and bench. Definitely visit again when I’m in the area.

I was visiting the area for the holidays, but even on vacation, I still like to train. As a competitor, I am particular about where I decide to train and drove just about an hour from Beech Mountain to this location. For me, I look for a gym that is clean, with an assortment of quality equipment, friendly staff, and a fair price. Gym 24/7 was a home run.The gym is no frills, and looks like a big warehouse with a large open floor plan and high ceilings. The gym has lot of great equipment that is spaced out well, all functioning, and great lighting with cardio equipment lining the wall with windows looking outside. What really made me sit down and write a review was that Adam was on his hands and knees cleaning the floors and equipment. When he was done doing that I saw him in the parking lot picking up any litter people may have left behind. That shows me the owners and staff genuinely care about the gym, and in turn, the members.Hats off to you all, and I look forward to visiting in the future.

It’s been 3 years since I’ve been here, as I’ve since graduated and moved to Charlotte and I still think about this Gym. I would love to find a quality, 24 hour gym like this in Charlotte. Great facility and top knotch staff.

Students - beware of this gym. Besides the equipment being very old, (ASU's gym is much better and included in your tuition!) the owners are very uncooperative and customer service is poor. This gym has been closed for months due to coronavirus (not the gyms fault). However, they refuse to refund me $100 for a membership I can't use since I have moved far away from Boone. I'm not the only former ASU student that they've done this to either. If you do decide to come here, make sure you pay month to month until you find somewhere better to go.
