“On our way camping in Seven Devils and my truck broke down on the side of 421 on the mountain just outside Boone. Hamptons was an absolute lifesaver. Within 30 minutes they arrived with two trucks, one to take the camper to our campsite and was patient as we leveled it and the other to tow the truck to the dealer. I cannot tell you how great they were.....they took a stressful situation and made it bearable. Highly recommend them.”
“Came in asking for the complete wrong size of tires for my sedan. Heidy, the sweet lady in-front took her time to look at my tire size and find the appropriate price range for me as well. I paid then and there and got my appointment for the next day, and boom, I have my Vehicle already. Now im ready for the winter roads! 5 stars!!”

“My son goes to college in Boone and had problems with his car. I had him take it to Bill's and they looked at it and said it was nothing. He re-attached the part that was giving him issues and sent him on his way.
I cant tell you refreshing it was to have an honest mechanic to take care of my son. Well Done!”
