I called from the road during a 7-hour motorcycle ride. I hadn’t planned on staying overnight, but I lost daylight and needed to stop.
Chris helped me out over the phone, had a spot ready for my bike when I arrived, and gave some great dinner recommendations. The room was spotless and had everything I could possibly need. Great staff, super friendly, and a good location.
Thanks, Chris!

I have stayed at many TownPlace Suites and have always been very satisfied. This is not one of my favourites. The breakfast options are limited and the floor surface around the pool is slippery and dangerous.

This hotel is very clean. The room we had was a two queen and was very nice! Small kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The beds are very firm and the pillows extremely soft, which I found both to be uncomfortable. It is right next to a busy street so expect noise. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, great staff and great location. Have stayed at several Marriott suite hotels and this rank’s amongst the top three I have stayed at. If I find myself in Boone again will definitely stay here

This is the way a hotel is meant to operate. Warm reception, attentive staff, clean rooms, excellent common areas. You can tell that the hands on manager and people who work there care about what they do.

Very nice rooms with great prices. We got a large corner suite for less than $200/night. The rooms are nice and clean, and right near the middle of Boone. There was also free breakfast.
Rooms: We had a large corner suite. The room was very clean. It had a fridge, microwave, small stove, as well as dishes and a dishwasher.

First I’ll start with the fact that Chris the GM was amazing. The rest of the staff were also amazing. Very helpful, kind, and quick. Rooms were very clean, and the location was great. Across from Walgreens, 2 min from the gas station, 4 min away from the food lion, and 6 min by the college. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Can’t wait to come back.

Hubby and I came up to Boone to visit our son who was preparing to move to Florida that weekend with his fiancée. We have been coming up to Boone since 2016 and wish we had known of this hotel before now. (New build in 2020-I believe they said) Such a clean, comfortable and well appointed hotel with a fantastic staff of friendly people who carry on conversation with you and help with whatever you may be requesting. The lobby is spacious for entertaining guests, playing games, etc. The outside fire pit is also a nice spot to sit and socialize. The rooms are well appointed and equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner cooktop, sink, microwave, ironing board and iron. The king bed was SO comfortable. We both slept so well the 2 nights we were there. My arms never fell asleep and I felt fantastic upon waking. The bathroom is a bit odd. The shower has a half glass wall only, so when showering, the temp of the air is a bit cooler than you would expect while being in the shower. But it was clean and the water felt great. Design flaw in my opinion. Would have been better with a full glass door. The tv position on the wall in the room is another design flaw as you CANT comfortably watch it from the bed and is designed to basically watch while you sit on the couch. Which is fine, but some people like to watch from the bed also I think. We aren’t avid tv watchers, so this was no big deal. When turning the tv off, it lingers on with a blue light, so you literally have to unplug the two plugs to get it to go black. We addressed it to front desk, but she was not familiar as to why that was the issue. No biggie to us, just wanted to bring it to their attention. Breakfast is oatmeal (Quaker) with toppings, scrambled hot eggs, meat options (all pork it looked like and we don’t eat pork) muffins, bagels and you can make waffles, yogurts, chemical ladened cereals, hard boiled eggs in fridge (I didn’t like them as they tasted like they had vinegar on them). I really couldn’t eat the food as it just didn’t appeal to me. I tried the oatmeal too and just couldn’t stomach it. The food at these hotels just isn’t food in my opinion, but the hotel itself was worth the price as it was so clean and comfortable. We will stay here again knowing we can bring our own bit of groceries and cook in our room. I can see this being our “base camp” whenever we are in the area again and we will utilize the pool and gym next time also. Thank you to Lauren for being so kind and conversating with us and to the gentleman (who’s name I didn’t get) that worked at the front desk also, thank you! You all were so kind and that goes a long way. To the staff that cleans (literally a lady on a step-stool in the elevator cleaning the walls when we walked in) and the host that prepares the breakfast buffet-thank you!!! You make this place sparkle and feed many people, to you we are so grateful. I hope the management is aware of the fine staff that makes this place amazing. Best hotel in the area by far as we have stayed at others over the years. Book here, you will not be disappointed!!!

One night stay for personal visit in town. Two queen bed studio. Aesthetically pleasing room. Hotel and room appeared brand new. Hotel associate said 4 years old! Verified by oldest Google review. Enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

I am an Titanium Elite Marriott member. Upon check in I asked for a bottle of water which is customary of ALL Marriott properties. I was told that they did not provide a complementary bottle of water. I had to purchase the bottle. Once in my room I noticed I had a room of the city, not what I paid extra for. I paid extra for a Mountain View. I went to shower the next morning only to find there was no body wash in the shower. On my way out I asked to speak with the manager Mr. Christopher Andrew’s the GM. He acted as he was totally put out to have get up out of his chair and come out to talk to me. Once I explained my concerns he totally dismissed everything I brought up. If this is how Marriott treats a guy who spend 160 plus nights in their hotels, maybe I should rethink who I spend my money with. Maybe, Hilton would appreciate me and my money more! I give Christopher and Towneplace Suites in Boone, NC. A BIG FAT 0!
