My husband and I switched from T Mobil to Verizon today and purchased IPhones for the first time. Ryan Ott was the salesman that helped with the transaction and set our phones up and our account. He was very professional and most knowledgeable about the service and the product we choose. He took time with us to answer questions and made the experience very pleasant!

I am not good with technology. Jessica spent hours helping me set up my new phone. She was extremely, patient, kind and most importantly, did not make me feel stupid! A great store because of the customer service.

Lovely staff . Jennifer was great and helped my family. Very knowledgeable and kid friendly. The second day we came in she helped kids make balloon balls as we waited . My kids age 7 and 10 were so excited . She played with the kids too . The first day she was patient and helpful as we took three hours for three phones with trade ins. I can’t recommend enough.

A HUGE Thank you to, Jessica (who I worked with personally) and the rest of the team at this Verizon location. "Ryan and Alex" who also helped in assisting to find the best solution to fix my current situation. It was an extremely stressful situation I came in with, I was very worried of what the outcome would be as well as the options I had...I left doing a HAPPY DANCE!!! :) I was taken care of wonderfully! Thanks again guys!

I'm old, lived E&W coasts, gulf o M, (& lake Erie).. but, Boone's above 3000ft-- like no where else i've lived (like whole USA could be). Peeps at THIS Verizon store.. polite, friendly, handle freaked folks well, (and probably ok with bringing ur sister inlaw's dog in, if it's taking a while, so you don't leave him in the car!). I lose my phone at least once a year, I love these guys, and love this town....

Moved my 3 lines over from T mobile and I had the beast customer service representative I've ever worked with and a great deal to boot! Can I give Ryan Ott more than 5 stars?! ?

Wife's phone died. Everyone was so helpful and friendly she was put at ease that everything would be alright. Transfered everything to new phone wife happy I'm happy.

Wow. What a hot mess this place is. Don’t make an appointment. “They don’t DO appointments.” It doesn’t matter what the website says. It doesn’t matter if you go through Verizon and they make an appointment for you and assure you you’ll be taken care of promptly. This guy, apparently the head coach at APP, asked a woman what her bank information was from across the room. He also asked her how much she owed. To that she said, “I’m not going to discuss my business in front of all of Boone.” This all happened while I was waiting for help for a half an hour AFTER my appointment time. BTW, also could not help at all with my battery issue. Go elsewhere if you know what’s good for you.

Ryan, the store manager was very professional and proficient in assisting me with adding a new Apple Watch to my cellular plan. I never felt rushed and he even offered to assist me in pairing my new watch to my iPhone. I would highly recommend this store to assist you in all of your Verizon needs!! Ryan answered all of my questions and made this a very pleasant, quick and easy process!! Thanks, Ryan!

Couldn't ask for better service. Ryan was a pleasure to work with- knowledgeable, courteous, had my best interest in mind. I recommend anyone with cellular needs or questions go visit Ryan and Connor.
