“I want to start by saying, I realize everybody’s entitled to their own opinion but my wife and I absolutely positively love this place. My wife and I and our two puppies went up to North Carolina in Boone to visit our family. Unfortunately, one of our puppies was already sick and we realized that we needed to put him to sleep. My aunt knew of this place, and we could not have been happier, even though it was an unbelievably sad situation. The office staff was outstanding. I wish I knew everybody’s name, from the office staff to the tech everything was outstanding this is how things of this sensitive nature should be handled. Dr. Hayes is outstanding the medications that this facility uses in this type of a procedure is incredible. The dog doesn’t feel any pain and I can’t begin to tell you how grateful my wife and I are in this sad experience that we were able to find such a professional and kind loving people in the veterinary profession my wife and I happen to live in Florida, but if we lived in Boone, we would definitely definitely use this facility You absolutely cannot go wrong with bringing your pets to this veterinarian.”

“this is the only place we take our poms to dr chesnut is an awsome vet we used his dad for years bfore he retied it looks like he passed a lot of that kindness and compassion to hi son he cares about helping our dogs instead of just making a buck im sure theouther vets are great but we highly recommend dr chestnut there prices cant be beat these guys are awsome”

“I've been taking my many cats and dogs to Dr. Roten for 25 years. On more than 1 occasion, she has saved the lives of a few of our dogs. She is the most reasonably priced vet in the area. Her staff is fantastic. I truly hope she doesn't retire for a very long time. Lord knows I won't be able to afford to take my pets anywhere else. She is great!”

“My dog and I both really love this place and the wonderful care Dr. Fair provides! However, their business hours make it really hard for me to come in. They are only open until 5pm and no weekends. How are working people supposed to find the time? I have been trying to get my dog in for awhile but literally cannot find time within their business hours. Most vet offices in town are open until 6! Would really love to stay here because of the quality of care and kindness but their hours make it to where I HAVE to take off work and many people can't.”
