Working with Charlie at Village Jewelers has been a pleasure and very positive experience. My wife and I wanted a specific type of ring to celebrate our anniversary and we worked with him over several weeks to come up with a very special design. My husband and I visited your store this afternoon for my birthday. While there we met Charles and Charlie who were both very helpful. Earlier this fall, we were given what was left of a ring that belonged to a relative that had passed away.We took the stones to Charlie Travis of Village Jewelers to brainstorm what could be made from the diamonds. We decided on a pendant.I love jewelry from the early 20th century so that gave us some direction. We looked at jewelry I already owned and some that Charlie had at the store. We drew little doodles on a piece of paper. Charlie said he had enough to get started.Soon, Charlie emailed a mock-up of a proposed design and it was perfect in every way. A few weeks later, the finished pendant was ready. And WOW. It is everything we could have hoped for and more.In addition to the diamonds we provided, Charlie added some channel sapphires and the piece is made in platinum with a platinum chain.Thank you, Charlie for creating a magnificent piece of jewelry that will be enjoyed for generations. I called in to Village Jewelers to ask if they did watch repair. Charlie was very helpful and just told me to stop by and they’d see what they could do (he said they could fix it as long as it wasn’t an intricate mechanical issue, under which circumstances they would send it off for repair). Upon arriving he fixed the problem within a couple minutes and despite my multiple requests to pay he insisted that it was no problem and that he was happy to help. They have an absolutely beautiful store and when I asked, he took the time to tell me all about their business, knowing I was not there for a purchase. Great experience and I will without a doubt be using them for future purchases.

I was able to get a simple yet beautiful ring made with a family diamond in a very short amount of time. Two years later it’s still set well and in need of no repairs. You won’t have to worry about a jeweler trading out your stones for other lesser quality ones here, they are trustworthy and very helpful. Recommend!

I had an old necklace that my father wore for 10+ years and he gave it to me. I had broken the clasp and I showed up right at closing. He took a look at it, and said give me two minutes. If not two minutes later he walked out and handed me my necklace and said “Merry Christmas!”. It was very merry indeed, considering it’s October.It was a very professional business and excellent service!
