They will have one bank teller with a line of 5+ people. They are never speedy and always spend almost 10 minutes telling me how I “can do all of this on the app”. I don’t want to do it on the app but maybe I should considering how long it takes every single time!! Closed the blowing rock location and now I have to deal with this.

They’ve always been good to me when I’m there in the bank, the drive they takes forever, but God help ya if you try to call to ask questions about your account. I’m seriously considering moving my account to another bank

Yesterday, Branch was extremely helpful in completing wire transfer I needed done to send money to law firm doing closing.Wells Fargo needs to open branch in West Jefferson!But regardless. Everyone at branch was extremely helpful.

Belinda Trivette is the branch manager at this location. Her customer service consists of telling long time customers who cannot apply for ppp how many other applications they have taken. Is it supposed to make your customers feel better when you tell them you've helped lots of people while you're telling me you can't help me? She also stood in the lobby making antagonistic comments while my teller was assisting me. Already hated this bank but now I'm shopping for a new one. Great job, Belinda!

Poor assistance regarding a fraud situation I was dealt with and not any additional help was given to me. Nicholas assisted me poorly and didnt try to help me with my situation. Explained in depth what happened but was told nothing else could have been done.

I previously have had good experiences at this Wells Fargo, with friendly and helpful bankers. Today my experience was very negative. I have been to that Wells Fargo with my son before to reverse transfer fees that happened by mistake and they were very understanding. Today I came in without my son and I was treated very differently. The personal banker who helped me spoke as if she had a negative stigma against college students for being irresponsible and she was not willing to help me at all. I figured it was worth the shot to just try to get a few fees reversed because they had done so before, instead I got condescending remarks about why they have these fees in place. I would have been fine with a simple "No, our policies have changed." And I would have dropped it if that's where things should have ended, but then she asked to look at my account and told me that "Sometimes we help people that are in the zeros or negatives and you should be thankful that you have money in my savings." I'm a mom paying for my own school and only have that money because my dad passed away and Im saving it to be smart. I was treated like I was less deserving of help for being smart with my money. I understand not reversing the fees, but I can not be understanding of how I was talked down to by a banker who did not respect me.

Today I spoke with Terry. I was hoping to have a dialogue to figure out strange activity on my account. The dialogue turned into me defending myself after being patronized. I encourage this branch to listen better and to treat customers like the valuable humans they are.
