Leased from Winkler for 3 years and highly recommend. Don’t know of a rental company in Boone that offers everything Winkler does: utilities included, ac (in most properties), parking, housekeeping, wifi. Responsive staff and quick maintenance resolutions.

Wonderful staff in the office! Quick response on maintenance requests and the grounds/facilities are always keep neat and clean. I love renting through this company and would recommend it to everyone!
