I was repeatedly told by the bank I had a zero balance on a business card, they could not take a payment, and received a statement two weeks later with late fees. Complete incompetence. Even now the service manager is wondering why.. I asked to pay, in person. Never found the issue, paid off account in full with fees

I was in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes, came in customer was on the doing a lot of things with the lady. The man inside with Drive-Thru looking for account for the customer that should have came in an took care of this! I was there the whole 15 minutes that I shouldn't have been there that long! Very poor service for my bank needs.Tellers are great and super helpful but I was wanting to open a bank account again with them and the person who was supposed to be helping me make one was not the most polite and not helpful at.
