The customer service was so bad that my wife and other customers left without concluding our business. In 43 years, I can't remember ever being lied to with such arrogance. I would love to discuss that matter with the owner of this independent authorized dealer.Follow: I had great difficulty acquiring contact information for the owner from the problematic employee. He wanted to belittle me and refused to provide me the necessary information. Should you need to file a complaint on this particular store, please contact Greg Dennison.

Got to thank C.J. for helping get my phone up and running. We ported our number over from xfinity... glad to be out of that service! There were some quirky things going on with the move over but he was super patient and helpful. All is good now.

Been in the store 2 time to switch from straight talk. Both times the staff were no help and had no info other than what I could read on pamphlets laying around. I think the store just needs a sales person that wants to sell not just collect a easy paycheck in ac/heat. Lazy!!!!

Misty was AMAZING! She greeted us promptly and got us set up right away! I wanted the new iPhone 14 pro, and she made it happen! She transferred everything over for us, got us watches BOGO and found the exact case I wanted. She even put my kiddos on some cartoons and a movie while we waited. She was the absolute BEST!

I was greeted with a smile by Misty Jackson. Her great attitude assured me that she'd be able to get me what I needed. Her dedication to getting every detail of my plan correct was phenomenal. She informed me of all the perks and deals available, of which she helped me choose the right one for my family. Her knowledge, patience, charm, and dedication to customer service was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank her enough for her time and dedication.

Just want to say Misty was amazing. I walked in to switch from Verizon to at&t and she was already helping someone but promptly greeted me and got me started. Very well at multitasking. But what impressed me the most was I had to come back due to we had to order 2 of my phones. Something happened to them during shipping because they would not work. The store closed at 6 pm but Misty stayed there with me until 730 to resolve the issue. Even told customer service that her customer wasn't leaving without his phones working. She got the issued resolved after 3 hours of back and forth. Turned out she had 2 other brand new phones she had ordered for stock and she hooked me up. She stayed when she didn't have to and made sure I left happy. I was highly highly highly impressed with the work Misty put in. I recommend her to anyone. So go see her. Thank you so so so much Misty

Misty Jackson was very helpful to assist me buy new phone and get set up on Firstnet. Tried several other places and ATT tech support, none of them were able to get me set up. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the service there.

Misty is great!!! My wife and I went in on Memorial Day to switch our service from Verizon to AT&T. We walked in and discovered Misty was the only person working and already attending to another family (coincidently also switching from Verizon). We were promptly greeted and she proceeded to multi-task and get us started with some behind the scenes stuff we had to look up online from Verizon while she finished attending to the others. She was VERY proficient and knowledgeable and super friendly and made the entire experience painless when it could have been long and drawn out. She clearly knows what she’s doing and is very good at her job.. they need to get her some help! Keep up the good work, thanks Misty!

Great customer service!! The new store manager Corey is very knowledgeable with everything AT&T has to offer, it’s nice to have a local in the office who cares more about the customer than the sale!! So if you’re looking to make the switch to AT&T or just something as simple as a phone case then Corey is your guy, he will make sure you get what you’re there for all while making sure you stay within your budget!!

My daughter purchased a new Google Pixel on Friday evening from the AT&t store. It was necessary for her to return to the store, which is a 45 minute drive one way, to activate the phone. Her original salesperson (Jack) greeted her and another salesperson came over to assist Jack. Jack Remained helpful and professional throughout the evening. On the other hand, Nicole, the manager was extremely unprofessional. She demonstrated her frustration by throwing an iPad onto the floor because it shut down, she employed foul language, and was more interested in hustling these salesmen than rectifying our issue. Long story short, Jack was persistent and stayed with us for over 5 hours, past closing in order to rectify the problem. One of the Asian techs okay nasty with me and hung up on Jack. Jack and I both remained calm throughout the evening.
