“Our gas oven stopped working so I called 828 Appliance and left a message regarding the issue. Not only did they call me back the same day but they came out to the house that afternoon.
After looking these over Josh was very upfront about the fact that it would almost cost as much for a new fridge as it would be to buy a new one. I so appreciated his honesty instead of charging us to do work that wouldn’t have done any good.”
“My old Jeep Commander just died. I thought it was because it had been sitting under a tree in my backyard for a couple of months. I had originally thought that squirrels had messed up the wiring but I had Jackies tow it in and look at it. It turned out to be the starter and they replaced it quickly and for a very good price!! “Had a rock caught in between my rotor and dust shield as well as leaky brake. Fortunately everything was minor, and in less than 10 minutes these guys fixed both free of charge! If you’re looking for honest mechanics to work on some smaller things for you, this is the place!”
“My family’s van broke down on the street in front of Eldridge Tire today. I had no idea how lucky we were to break down there. They had a technician walk out to diagnose the problem, drove me to the gas station, let me borrow a gas can, lent me a funnel, tested and jumpstarted my battery, had a tow truck arranged in the event we couldn’t start our car, offered to let us keep our van overnight, stayed late after closing time to do all this… I just can’t say enough about the honest, kind people here! If you need any work done on your car, you should bring it down to them. Just really good people who really care and take pride in their work.”
