“Can't thank the guys at this store enough. I was in downtown Brevard (visiting from SC) and got in my truck to crank it up and there was 0 power. Absolutely nothing happened when I went into ignition. I pulled out my probe and got 7.8volts on the battery. I called O'reillys up and they were almost a mile and a half from me. I explained the situation and they found my battery purchase on my account and it was still under warranty. These guys we above and beyond and drove one of their personal vehicles out to me with a new battery. My truck started up immediately with the new battery and I followed the guy to the store. They did the warranty swap on my battery there on the system and checked to verify my alternator was charging. They helped me out a ton and I appreciate them taking care of me.
