The staff at our local CVS are so great. They are understaffed and with other local pharmacies having too many issues to list, CVS is extremely busy. They work hard to get product out, but songwriters things out of their control happen and the lube, then, may get long, but the smiles, courtesy and knowledge make it worth the wait. Please be kind to them as they are doing the best they possibly can with an insane number of prescriptions coming through every day, all day.

I go to CVS on Asheville Highway in Brevard North Carolina. The store Associates and pharmacy Associates are all amazing. I am always greeted with a friendly hello and never wander around without someone asking if they can help me. The pharmacy very often most often is very, very busy and although busy they maintain a smile a nice word And are efficient. I highly recommend CVS pharmacy to everyone

If you advertise that you open at 8 am, you should open at 8 am not 8:30 not 9:00 am. People need to go to work to be able to pay for their 300 dollar plus prescriptions and if they are stuck waiting for others to come to work when they feel like it then they are late for work or they go without their meds, which for a diabetic can be the difference in life and death. Completely unacceptable!! Would rate 0 if I could as this has now happened multiple times.

Do not use this Pharmacy Pharmacy has horrible customer service no one will answer a phone everything's automated and a rock has better customer service don't waste your time employees are too lazy and incompetent to talk to you use the mom-and-pop pharmacies

Clair, the team member who checked me out, was fantastic. Her greeting, advice and overall demeanor made me glad I had shopped at CVS. What a wonderful way to start my day.

They are very busy, and there is a bit of a wait in the pharmacy, but I have never had an unpleasant staff member either in the pharmacy or the store. I am always greeted with a smile and so are the other customers. They are doing their best. I am always thanked for my patience. Please smile and be patient. Don’t be rude and disrespectful to people that are doing their jobs.

I wish my cvs app would work att least once . I’m always calling and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve had 2 prescriptions that the app blocked from being filled and then the lady at the drive thru questioned me on why I needed it! They drive me insane!

Has issues having staff available for scheduled appointments. When the tech shows up 15 minutes after your appointment and there are 5 people in line in front of you, it's time to get your flu shot from Walgreens or Ingles instead.

Never do passport photos here or ask for help with anything. The lady with the white hair is rude, confrontational and grumpy even when you're just asking a question. She's got a crappy attitude, she's accusatory and butts into your conversation with other employees so everyone knows she's in charge, even when it's unwarranted. The air about her you can tell from the other employees is tense, like they don't want to upset her apple cart. The guy is awesome, always helpful and easy going. This lady is absolutely obnoxious, and makes me want to go to Walgreens from now on. It's simple stuff in a simple drugstore, nothing is worth being chastised like you're her grandchild for asking questions.

Don’t go here, head to Walgreens across the street. I wish the cashiers, particularly Sarah, had a better attitude and a more professional demeanor, she was short with me for no reason and I felt really uncomfortable. This location has issues taking ExtraCare savings, so unfortunately I won’t be returning as it is not a pleasant experience here.
