This bank will shut down your account with no notice and freeze funds. When trying to recover funds you will be railroaded by indignant staff who do not even attempt to make any effort to solve the problem

I've had my 5th third Bank account now for about 13 years. Started it in Florida and was going to close it when I came here because of the limited Bank locations but the customer service is so great that I decided to keep it open. They're extremely helpful over the phone and have solved all my issues with just a phone call. For a small Bank they do business in a big way when it comes to treating their customers good.

I live in Hendersonville and is a pretty far drive for me I was going to close my account and pick a closer bank but the customer service is wonderful so I decided to stay with them. Jamie is great he is helping us to build credit and has a great attitude

We went into the branch today to open a business account and personal account and when we walked in around 2.30pm we were told that only 1 banker was available as the other was at lunch. We sat and waited while the banker was working with the customer she had in her office. A woman came in, whom they all knew by name, and originally had an appointment with the 1 banker but in hearing the conversation apparently had canceled it then set it back up. The Baker apologized and said she would get to her, but as we all sat the woman kept poking her nose in to see if she could get taken care of. They stopped working with the person in the office and took care of her and never once apologized to us for our wait. We finally just got up and left..if they are going to be that rude we don't want an account with them!!

I have had my account with this bank for almost 20 years and they have always treated me very well. The only complaint I have is with the on line banking, it is down as much as it is working. Would still recommend them.

The new online banking from my computer has not worked for several days. I have tried using firefox and google chrome. I key in my password and I just get a blank screen. Before this, going between screens takes for ever. Also if I want to put in a memo, I can not do this if I pay several bills at once. You can only do this if you pay bills one at a time. The people at the branch in Brevard,NC are amazing,friendly,helpful and very professional. This new online system is beyond impossible. Work out the bugs or I will have to find a new bank.

I have been dealing with the folks at Fifth Third in Brevard with my business (Area 22 Guitars) for 6 years now. The branch manager Jane Stamey as well as Karen and the rest of the folks have been helpful every step of the way . Anytime I have any type of issue they take care of it immediately. I could not be happier with their customer service and every one there is always friendly when I go into the branch.
