I mean their good at all that they do but my husband and I took new bought tire up there to have put on our car $30 for a change out $50 if they kept the old tire. Like damn. Seriously I remember when you could go there and Jackie would do it all for $15. Times are crazy.

Jackie’s Auto Repair came highly recommended by a longtime client, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, and response times were slow. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sent by Jackie’s to another shop — but no information was provided along with it, which caused an additional delay in repairs. The lack of transparency and coordination reflected a surprising level of disorganization. Not the kind of service one expects from a trusted name.

This is the worst mechanic I have ever been to. Completely unprofessional. During the time my car was with them they did not even have my phone number written down to contact me. They traded out my brand new battery without any communication. When I asked what they did to repair my car nobody could tell me. Do not go here

My old Jeep Commander just died. I thought it was because it had been sitting under a tree in my backyard for a couple of months. I had originally thought that squirrels had messed up the wiring but I had Jackies tow it in and look at it. It turned out to be the starter and they replaced it quickly and for a very good price!! You can’t go wrong with these people!! AAA+++ !!!!

Had a vehicle massively overheat due to a loss of all coolant, so it wasn't safe to drive. The folks at Jackie's had it towed to the shop the next morning, and a leaking coolant hose fixed and coolant restored the same day! All for a reasonable price. Will definitely take our vehicles there in the future.

This was the fastest tow I have ever had. My truck died in the middle of the road and they were there 15 minutes after I called. I appreciated it very much.
