They are great riders and representatives of the MTB community, inspiring everyone from top racers to casual riders. The shop provides exceptional MTB service with a very helpful and competent maintenance staff who can handle repairs promptly. They are amazing at what they do, putting 100% of their focus on each customer's needs, not just trying to sell a bike. They spend time ensuring every bike is adjusted and perfected, offering great guidance and spot-on trail recommendations for areas like Pisgah, DuPont, and Brevard. They offer outstanding Yeti mountain bikes for rent, which are amazing, well-maintained, and function flawlessly on the terrain. They have lots of rental options and are very detail-oriented, ensuring everyone has the best experience. Highly recommended over any other shop for all your biking needs.

One of the mechs, i did not catch his name, showed great customer service today. I lost a slider pin for my mtb brakes. He quickly found the right one and had me on my way. Thanks Squatch Bikes!
