I cannot say enough good things about this location and manager Brentton Manny.
My previous 5+ year old phone bricked over the weekend and early Monday morning he took the time to show me all the options I had including all prices, services and features.
He got the tablet I rarely used off the account for added savings and signed me up for some services I wanted (while cancelling some others I did not use any longer for even more savings).
I gladly purchased a new device protector (the 5+ year old Otterbox was already in pieces) and after that was done he got the bricked phone to charge and applied it as a trade-in on a new upgraded phone with a new 3-year contract and barely any increase to my previous monthly payment.
While I was waiting for Bretton, another service rep noticed a crisp $20 bill on the showroom floor.
Bretton said he thought it was from his previous customer and called that person to say he had the cash at his desk and it would be there when the customer could come back to get it.
That says a lot about the service and integrity this location provides. I would understand if anyone picked up the money and decided fate or circumstance wanted them to have it, but the staff took the extra time and effort to make sure all their customers this morning got what they needed, got what they wanted and left knowing they were taken care of now and in the future should any issues arise.
That doesn't happen everywhere all the time.
Brentton and his staff have earned my business. I think they will earn yours too.

What a pleasure to work with Malachi at the Verizon store in Brevard, NC! He is knowledgeable with 10 years of experience to gain his expertise. To top it off, he has a pleasant and helpful approach. He exemplies the best in customer service that we all want. Buy your next new phone from Malachi and you'll be quite satisfied.

Very difficult to actually get a phone when the store closes 2 hours early.. I walked in at 6:30, door unlocked and open sign on and I was turned away

This is the a very unprofessional place I waited for two hours for them to help me put a screen protector on my phone and I waited all that time to be told that they can't help me very unprofessional recommend staying far away but your Verizon phone somewhere else

Went into the Verizon store yesterday June 7 2025 there were three people working there one person being waited on. I was the only other person in the store as a customer one person behind the desk working one person in the back for 25 minutes, not one person, even spoke to me or tried helping me. There was a gentleman walked in behind me and he was done the exact same way after 25 minutes. I walked out of the store and I’m considering canceling my service with Verizon altogether.

OMG...Evey Young ROCKS at the Verizon store in Brevard NC. ONLY woman in the joint and she knows her stuff! Efficient and reassuring ( techno idiot here). Walked off with a FREE new cell phone and it's accessories happy as a clam! Ask for Evey!

I had the most positive experience ever interacting with Verizon. Though I have always found their representatives helpful, Gary in the Brevard, NC location was exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience was outstanding. My son and I bombarded him with a multitude of questions and requests. He resolved every one of them and two happy customers exited the store with two new iPhones. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Friendly, authentic service that was effective and efficient. Phil helped me understand my bill, upgraded it to the most current on his own accord, and took un-rushed time to explain the intricacies of products and plan details. He was helpful, warm, and personable, so much so that I will likely return there for Verizon-related assistance despite living elsewhere. Thanks Phil!

Yesterday we went to the store my husband and I have an account we've had for three years pay for insurance have never been late have never been disconnected. Have never filed an insurance claim. Yesterday, my phone updated, and for some reason, the screen was not recognizing my touch, so we drove to the store waited, explained all this to the lady that called our name. First of all she had all the wrong information we had to inform her that we had insurance on both of our phones she asked us about a third phone line we had which we never had and then she said it was because her tablet had updated and she couldn't use it properly. Then she promptly stopped the interaction told us she had to pee, and the only thing she could do was using an adapter to plug a mouse into it to circumvent the touchscreen. Now this was kind of urgent because I am eight months pregnant and have a baby shower planned for this weekend with guest coming from out of town. Also, it is my only form of communication when my husband is at work. The only option she gave us was to get a refurbished insurance phone wait several days or use our free upgrade which would raise our monthly bill. she offered us no way to do a hard reset to the phone to see if maybe that would bring the touch capability back we left with no resolution and no clear answer from her. She was very scatterbrained told us she didn't have the right equipment because her boyfriend had taken her car that day. Long story short we left very frustrated, wanting to cancel our relationship with Verizon. Out of curiosity, my husband googled how to do a hard reset on an iPhone. It told him to use the volume up volume down button, he did this it reset my phone and my phone works perfectly. I think maybe some more training and professionalism would've been very much appreciated. I have personally been in the customer service profession for 30+ years and this is the first bad review I have ever written, but let's be honest iPhones are not cheap and we're very delicate with ours so it was very frustrating. So maybe some more training and added professionalism would help the situation greatly.
