They take hours to fill a simple Rx that takes any other pharmacy minutes. Never answer the phone. Will never use them again. Use a local pharmacy whenever possible.

Drive thru service has to be the worst of any other Walgreens!! Currently waiting 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me and one car behind and no sign of how much longer we will have to wait!!!

Most assuredly the worst pharmacy in all of Transylvania county! They very consistently will tell you your prescription is ready, until you arrive, then magically it is out of stock. The pharmacist is also very condescending and very rarely back at 2pm after his lunch break as he should be. They are very unreliable for a pharmacy.

Quite literally the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Always out of stuff, even if you call ahead and confirm, “Do you have it in stock?”. They’ll say yes but when you show up, it’s not there! Or, like yesterday, they closed early at 3pm with no warning!! There’s always, always some issue that makes me take several trips for the simplest of things. I will avoid this place like the plague.

My usual pharmacy was out of a medication. I called around and found it at Walgreens. So I preceeded up to Walgreens to wait on it. I was greeted by a lovely cashier, she tried her best to help me, all the while I'm sitting waiting listening to the most vile disrespectful pharmacist , I was floored at how he talked to his staff. It was awful. So I told him about himself, called my regular pharmacy told them I will suffer the night and wait on them. There is no reason for this man to be a pharmacist if he hates his job that bad then he should do something that leaves him to himself because he shouldn't be talking to his staff that way. Bless their hearts. Noone should be made to put up with that.

Basically eternally understaffed. The pharmacy is in constant disarray. Picking up a prescription always takes 20-30 mins and that's even if it's ready. Dropped a rx off, came back the next day, wasn't ready, they told me to come back. Came back 5 hrs later. Still wasn't ready.

I would highly advice to take your business to one of the other pharmacies in Brevard. The past 2 times I have been here to pick up a prescription I have been told it’s not ready and come back in 30 minutes. This is 5 hours after the prescription was called in. The workers seem friendly but very unorganized.

The worst pharmacy!! Staff is seriously so unhelpful, rude and disorganized. I was on hold for 40 minutes, just for them to tell me to call another pharmacy. This has not been the first time i have been on hold for this long. If you need a pharmacy in Brevard, I suggest going to another one... this Walgreens is awful.

Seriously understaffedWaited over 30 minutes to have a prescription refilled just for them to hang up when they finally answered. Then when I attempted again I waited over an hour for no one to ever answer the phone. The store was closed (they close the whole store at 6:00pm) and nothing on the automated system said no one would be answering my call...I waited 30 more minutes and finally gave up. I will be moving my prescriptions to one of the local family owned pharmacies.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The pharmacist was rude and condescending. I will find someone who appreciates my business and is not to busy. Stop the blame game and take responsibility for your errors.

You can get some great sales here. I have been going here for over 8 years and never had a bad experience. Toilet paper...1000 sheets for .89 cents! And great candy selection. Groceries, wines, clothes, Great place! There are some really good deals here! For prescriptions, I think they excell. Sometimes I have run out of medicine and they can't get in touch with my Doctor...and they will loan me meds at no cost in emergency. I can travel anywhere and get the same service from them. I have been with this store over 20 years and will never go anywhere else.
