I recently moved back to the area and have had a couple of very positive interactions with the pharmacy team here. However, after needing to speak with someone about a prescription, I called and have been holding for over 36 minutes (still holding). When I first called, there were only 2 callers ahead of me. I guess they are leaving me on hold until they break for lunch.

Some of my personal experiences in the last year-
constant unexpected closures- drive through pharmacy closed till further notice.
Want to have your perception in 30 minutes? You have to wait an hour, come back to the store only to realize it’s not ready and you have to come back in another hour to find out the pharmacist asked you to come in while they were at lunch!
There is only 1 pharmacist working with customers and multiple in the back. And the one who is working with the customers, isn’t certified. ( LMAO) (Very unfortunate and the only reason why I know is because she was yapping more than working! As there’s 10 people in the line!)
Safe yourself the hassle and don’t get your prescriptions here, the new girl told me “we don’t have to enough tech”.
It took me 3 days to get my medication instead of 30 minutes.

Update- go to CVS across the street! So nice and will accommodate when needed ❤️🫶🙌

Quite literally the worst run pharmacy on the planet. They are cavalier with people‘s health and well-being. Don’t they realize that people depend upon these prescriptions? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made the drive over to Brevard only to find their computer systems are down or the pharmacy is closed for no reason during normal business hours. Today I drive up on a Saturday, the store is open, but the pharmacy is closed for the day? Unbelievable.

Your website says open til 8:00. Just drove 11 miles to get prescription on November 14,2024 arrived at 5:35 and sign says closed at 5:00pm. Walgreens Brevard just needs to close.

I have had nothing but bad to mediocre experiences at this Walgreens' pharmacy. I used to think it was because they were understaffed. Now I think it is mismanaged. If you use them, don't expect your prescriptions to be filled in a timely manner. Do expect their system to send you incorrect messages.

The pharmacy is a joke! Drive through is never open supposedly due to understaffed but they are not hiring. Was told my daughters prescription would be ready by 4:15 after wife spoke to someone around 3. 4:50 now and it is still not ready!

Beware of the Horrible Customer Service
I went to the Walgreens Pharmacy in Brevard, NC today and had the worst customer service experience ever. I used the drive-through window and waited for 12 minutes before pressing the button to get assistance. When the technician finally responded, she said "wait a minute" and then continued to ignore me. Meanwhile, there was nobody at the counter inside, and several cars behind me left out of frustration.
I pressed the button again and asked if I should come inside, to which she replied, "I don't care what you do," and continued to ignore me. The pharmacist stood at his computer the entire time and didn't even look up to help.
I decided to go inside to get my prescription and went to the counter. Despite this, the technician helped the two cars behind me from the window and left me waiting another ten minutes at the counter. When I told her that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced and that they should not ignore customers, she said nothing in response.
This was by far the rudest and most unprofessional service I've ever encountered in this lovely small town. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy. BEWARE and avoid it at all costs.

Kaya in the front is a-ma-zing! She went above and beyond to help me when my credit card wouldn't read following a computer outage. The guy with glasses in the photo lab was very helpful, too.
