Kaya in the front is a-ma-zing! She went above and beyond to help me when my credit card wouldn't read following a computer outage. The guy with glasses in the photo lab was very helpful, too.

I cannot believe someone is not dead yet from the incompetence. Randomly closed with no warning or change of hours on voicemail or website. I've driven 45 minutes to find a handwritten note in the window that they were closed for the next three days. Impossible to talk to anyone at the store. I receive phone calls that rxs are ready and none are filled when I arrive. Tried having an rx transferred over several times and it is always 'never received' and I believe the other pharmacy. For God's sake do not let them be responsible for filling your life dependent medication.

Went to pick up my elderly fathers prescription and the pharmacy technician, Sherri made some very rude comments about the prescription I was picking up for my father. There were also people behind me in line who clearly heard these comments. Shouldn’t be any of Sherri’s business what prescriptions someone gets. Very unprofessional and will be calling corporate.

Don't get your medication sent here. Cant get anyone on the phone. Theyre randomly closed all the time without warning. Hours are inaccurate. I had medication that I need called in on Friday, it's now Wednesday and they still haven't filled it. Garbage

Worse store in system. Easily 30 minutes for scrip pick up. Close multiple days due to no pharmacist. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

Had an appointment for a booster shot. Store was closed because computer systems down. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. Came back the next day for a walk-in appointment and was there for an hour. So disorganized and inefficient. Will stick with CVS.

Better get your prescriptions called in about two days before you need them. They might have them ready by then if you’re lucky. Also, good luck getting a person to talk to you from the pharmacy. It’s like you’ve gotta know a secret code to get a person on the phone.

Staff is rude, disorganized and disrespectful. I waited on hold for 40 mins just to be told I need to call another pharmacy. This is not the first time I have been on hold for this long. Staff is unhelpful and seems as if they hate their job. If you need a pharmacy in Brevard, DO NOT go to Walgreens. Find a different one.

The worst pharmacy!! Staff is seriously so unhelpful, rude and disorganized. I was on hold for 40 minutes, just for them to tell me to call another pharmacy. This has not been the first time i have been on hold for this long. If you need a pharmacy in Brevard, I suggest going to another one... this Walgreens is awful.

Scheduled appt online for pneumonia vaccine for 11:00am. Arrived 10 minutes early and made way to front of line at 11:15. Was told time doesn't matter. Was asked to answer same questions that I answered online, this time verbally then handed the forms to answer same questions for 3rd time. It is now 11:50 and they still have not managed to give us the vaccine.Perhaps pharmacies should stop giving vaccines until they can hire/retain or retrain staff. Just a thought but really I have not been to a pharmacy that handles vaccines well.I recommend that folks go to their doctor's office. Wait time would be much less.

Walgreens unexpected closed and we were unable to get important medication and due to it being a weekend we were unable to get a prescription to another pharmacy. I'd hate to think of what would have happened if we needed life sustaining medicine. Extremely disappointed and we're moving pharmacies immediately.

Made appt. on website for 11:45 COVID rapid test. Said be there 5 minutes early. I was only one at window at 11:40. Waited 15 minutes for the women to tell me that they don't do the rapid tests as don't have them.I could come in and pay $25 for an at home test. This is why I pick up my prescriptions in Hendersonville. CVS not much better.

Absolutely terrible experience with their pharmacy. Received the call that my Rx was ready, arrived to a staff that had no idea what I was talking about. Proceeded to wait a combined two hours until one of them came out and said it was out of stock. Feels like I need blood pressureMedicine after that amount of frustration.
