“I had a great experience buying my 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT at Riverside Subaru in New Bern, NC, all thanks to Kassy Hughes! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Kassy kept me informed every step of the way with helpful text updates, ensuring the entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. The manager Paul was incredibly welcoming, fair and respectful right from the start. When it came to doing the financial paperwork, Tyler was organized, honest and professional. If you are visiting Riverside Subaru, I highly recommend asking for Kassy Hughes—she truly goes above and beyond for her clients!”

“Absolutely love this place! I don’t know what I would do without Jimmy Alexander! He never left me now for one minute. He never gave up. I’m pulling away in a brand new car thanks to him. He has changed my life. The most wonderful guy the most wonderful service I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Nissan of New Bern make sure you ask for Jimmy.”

“I helped my daughter-in-law get her first car, and she found one at Pure 1 Auto. We almost had some financing problems, but Tripp knew her situation and work history and made it work. She's so proud to have her first car now. He even let us test drive it twice and fixed any issues we had. It runs great. Thanks, Tripp.”

“I purchased an suv from them over a year ago and anytime I have ever had an issue they take care of it quickly and professionally. Not only that but if it's something simple or easy they never charge me. I can't say enough good things about this business but I will be a loyal customer forever!”
