Was using the one in Sanford but recently moved. This one is horrendous when it comes to being convenient. Opens at 9 so can’t arrange to be a little late to your job if you go in at 8am. They take a 1.5 hour lunch. 12-130pm so you can’t go during lunch. Closes at 430 not even 5. So having to call it a day early at work and hope to make it there by speeding. Also missed sent my package twice

It took 10 minutes to renew my passport. I had the application pre-filled from online, and then came in at a 1:30 appointment. No line, no waiting, VERY friendly and courteous staff. Service included photos as well. They are faster at passports than McDonald's is at serving your food!

You get excellent service at the Broadway post office! Everyone who works here is so pleasant and they take the time to give you all the help that you need! It is seldom super busy so it makes a great place to go to get your things mailed quickly!

The worst!! I have had nothing but issues since we moved in! Wrong mail all the time! My packages and mail are always bent and crumpled in the mail box, I don’t like to complain but since it is now going on two years and my latest package was an autographed playbill and it said do not bend/fragile I am so upset! She should have brought it to the door! Horrible!!
