They give poor quality workers a lot of chances while the good workers get replaced.People quit everyday !The bosses seem to be good people ,They don’t bother you it’s others that are allowed there by management that do.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! ???????? Worse JOB in all of browns Summit!! Supervisor/managers are rude and don’t show and professionalism. My first day was terrible nobody trained me I had to watch for myself and train myself and when I messed up Instead of being told what was right and wrong I was yelled at and aggressed towards. I went to HR Steve and told them I wasn’t comfortable and I wanted a different shift he assured me he would handle it I went in to work the next day only to find out they terminated me. Their reasoning was invalid and nobody called to tell me anything.
