The manager Betty is verbally abusive towards staff. The fact many people have complained about her and the company just doesn't seem to care tells you they don't really care about customer service. Take care of her or you will lose more customers.

A nice, clean place with friendly, knowledgeable staff that smile a lot. Also, it has one of the top 10 views (overlooking Tuckaseegee River) of any gas station in the USA!

Nice brightly lit gas station. Clean bathrooms, nice staff, lots of travel snacks and drinks available. A good pit stop!

There’s a black haired girl in there that needs an attitude adjustment. If you don’t wanna answer questions don’t be in customer service. Go roll your eyes at someone else hun

Be careful at this store. They advertise a price but do not honor it unless you know to put in “loyalty number”. That makes it false advertisement in my opinion. The store workers don’t tell you that you need to put in the number to get the discount price they just ring it up at non-discounted price. The Hotspot is the best store in Bryson City.

Just finished pumping, and someone, probably an employee, started putting tape over the regular and mid grade buttons right after I hung up the nozzle. Guessing they were about to run out of regular gas. However, what stops people from trying to hit the regular button? I’m sure they will run dry on it before they figure out that they have to put a big sign over it explaining they are out.

They sold us expired milk. Poor employees, they need to keep track of their stuff, was as sour as a lemon.
