Always fun to stop in and sit by the old wood burning stove and chat with the local family that owns Smith Drygoods.

I was surprised at how big Smith’s Dry Goods was inside. They had so many options of shirts to choose from. They also sell boots and sandals. The wonderful smell of leather hits your nose as soon as you walk in the door.

We found some unique items we aren't able to find at home (in the Piedmont of NC). My husband bought some waffle-knit shirts in colors we don't see much. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Very nice store for good t-shirt souvenirs. The lady that worked there was very nice. We love comfort colors brand and they were full of them in many styles and colors.

Unique little store with a lot of choices. The owner and his wife are great! We find something that we 'need' every time we stop in.

Great selection of boots reasonable prices. Staff more interested in personal conversations than assisting a shopper.

Cool spot by the river. They lose a star because they hang their merch in poison ivy. That vine has been there for at least 7 years giving the inattentive vacationer a souvenir to remember.

Great home town store with cold weather wear. Western boots for the whole family. Other clothing as well. Located in area with other shops within walking distance. Recommend the area for lunch and shopping.

We stopped in here because my husband likes to hike and he forgot his winter hats and I forgot long johns. This was a particularly cold weekend. I've read where others thought the prices were too high. We thought it was very reasonable. My husband found some high dollar wool hats for very cheap prices. I found long johns for cheap as well. The lady working there was very helpful and gave us suggestions on sights to see. There were some cool tshirts and the lady tried to find the one I liked in my size. The building is old and unique. If I'm back in the area, I'd go again.
