I've dealt with several different propane companies, having my own tank. Thompson is by far the most reliable, they show up when they say they will, and my favorite is that I can talk to people local to my area.

Our dogs were outside and the tank driver didn’t hesitate to go ahead and service our tank — he was really good with them even though they were barking! Also everybody I’ve felt with has really exemplified the meaning of service :)

I've been dealing with Thompson fuel for over 16 years as long as I've been at the house there's been no better and I wouldn't even consider I'm grateful and especially that grateful for Frankie how special a woman and employee she is
