Poor communication of prescription status. Gave me wrong prescription and when I took it back acted like I was lying and was told they needed to check the cameras. I need Identification to pick up medicine instead of talking through the little drive through window where they can’t hear anyway. I just hand them my id which has all the information they are asking me for through the speaker. When I hold out my id to put it in drawer the lady gets aggravated and sighs so loud I hear her through the glass. I assume most people are elderly or sick that go here and they don’t deserve to be treated this way. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review but I hate this place and I’ll just drive to Cherokee

Just got a call that my medicine was ready for pick up. Go to pick it up and wow, the pharmacy is closed during hours of operation with no information given to patients who need their medicine. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

Walgreens would not let me use the PUBLIC bathroom. Manager said corporate told then they could deny service to customers waiting for scrips and while selling food and drinks. No wonder this place is dead in high season!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with getting my med filled! I was very noticeably profiled and looked at like a juncky because of the medication I’m prescribed by a medical professional!! The pharmacist there is absolutely horrible and very very rude and made me feel very bad about myself and my situation. I will never, ever get another prescription filled by walgreeens and I would highly recommend that nobody else does either. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. 👎Walgreens has officially lost me and my whole family’s business. Pathetic people.

if you could give 0 stars this walgreens pharmacy should get -25. It is ran very poorly. I have never seen a place that had at one point 8 people in the pharmacy and only 1 running a register. Apparently ,there are too many managers and not enough staff, aka managers should be helping, but no. If you can go anywhere else or can transfer your scripts to Sylva location highly recommend.
