My elderly mother shops here frequently. Today she accidentally went over on her card and instead of voiding some of the items or voiding the transaction and starting over, the manager decided he wanted to embarrass her in front of everyone. He stated he could not void certain items because he would have to go through the items and I'm not sure why he wouldn't void the whole transaction and just start over. So, because he didn't want to do his job, my mother is embarrassed and crying. This is highly unacceptable!

8 out of 10 stores have great customer service, at least in my part of the world. Every once in awhile you will come across a crew, cuz it's usually all or none that really hate their job.

Pretty standard DG. We wnt to pick up stuff for an office birthday. We got everything we needed all for under 7 bux. Can't beat that. This DG seems to be a mess though whenever I'm there. The mess didn't hinder us from getting what we needed. The fellow working there was nice. Parking here isn't good. The entry is down a hill, there are very few spots. Not good.

Hope you're not planning on shopping here seeing as how I have been here twice when it says they are supposed to be open and they are not. Example today is Monday memorial Day they're supposed to be open at 8:00 a.m. it's 9:20 not a employee in site and the doors are locked thank God for Family Dollar being open when they're supposed to in bunn

Sales associate not helpful. Has attitude. They have DVD listed at one price then sale them at another. I picked up a movie for $8. They charged me $15. This isn't the first time that has happened.
