Very upset right now. Order something for my grand babies birthday and I never received it. 2 different packages and I received the first one but not the second one. It was delivered to the post office and a worker states she REMEMBERS putting it in the box but I never received it. No one else has access to my box.So my thing is what box did you put it in. Ive been with them several years and this is the first issue Ive had like this but it is very frustrating. Now I'm out of the decorations for my babies cake and I'm out of money because it was delivered to post office. Responsibility is with the post office after it is delivered.So when the post office looses a package what can a customer do to be reimbursed???Upset & Frustrated

My delivery man is a joke, He jams packages into my mailbox and now it is tilted and loose in the ground. If I wouldn't have seen him pull away, I could of lost 3 expensive packages by passerby's. ( see photo) I intend to file another complaint with the PMG

Postmaster has always been very professional, and Courteous. Being a disabled veteran, she has always ensured my medications are delivered promptly, and accessible.

I have a USPS account and I still can’t seem to find out when I have a package! It’s like they don’t scan them and then when I try to talk to customer service they put me on hold so long it’s utterly ridiculous.

Laziest people ever! They just deliver packages whenever the heck they feel like it. I have had things five days late because they just disappear into the Bunnlevel abyss. Don't get me started on the lazy postmen who like to throw our fragile packages and break everything inside (Has happened several times!). How about when you scan a package as "delivered" you actually deliver it! I've filed claims with amazon for lost packages because they scan them as delivered and keep them in their vehicles until days later because they want to go home early.

This post office has the laziest group of people running it from the clerks to the mailman/woman. They just deliver packages whenever the heck they feel like it. I have had things five days late because they just disappear into the Bunnlevel abyss. Don't get me started on the lazy postmen who like to throw our fragile packages and break everything inside (Has happened several times!). How about when you scan a package as "delivered" you actually deliver it! I've filed claims with amazon for lost packages because they scan them as delivered and keep them in their vehicles until days later because they want to go home early. Just do your jobs. This is seriously the worst postal service ever.

I have never in my entire life had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to someone regarding my package. We have nothing but issues in our neighborhood(Forest Oaks/Woodshire) with our mail. 5 days after I was supposed to get my package and nothing. It just stops at the post office. No, it's not because of the holidays!!! Even if I waited on hold for the hour+ wait time, the damn office would be closed. Who the hell closes at 12:30 anyways? Smh Worst service ever and I've lived in a lot of places!!!
