“This place is great. It’s the least threatening/intimidating gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait for a machine or anything like that. You don’t have to sign up for classes, just come in. Plus their affiliation with the senior center nearby means that they advertise for things like trips and activities. Perfect for keeping a healthy mind AND body.”
