Had my car fixed up a couple months ago and just took it into the dealership because of some weird noises, and apparently the guys at j&c auto didn’t fix things properly and there were pieces zip tied together and things not put back correctly. I’m having to pay over $3,500 to fix/replace what j&c auto did to my car. They also leave their garage doors open while they are away for hours, so literally anyone can walk right into the building and grab the keys for any vehicle on the lot. And getting ahold of someone at the shop is impossibly hard more often than not.

I went there for a routine oil change in a 2018 Mazda 6 signature 2.5T. The car calls for 5.5qt of oil in the turbo version. They only put about 4qt in the car.It cost $86.62 + $15 with the two additional quart of oil had to buy; totaling $101.62.Just check your oil before you leave, I was offered a more than fair partial refund. And oil being topped off.

My Grandfather has always raved about the outstanding customer service and services in general that he has always received from Francisco & his Father throughout the years. And I must say he was 110% correct. This establishment is trustworthy and provides reliable services. Since the recommendation, my entire family has taken all of our vehicles for services here. Thank you Francisco for doing an amazing job. I am grateful for your wealth of knowledge/expertise.

I contacted J&C about installing 4 new tires, and they were able to accommodate today as where I usually get them installed was busy the next couple of days. I needed them done now as two of my tires were in need of replacing more urgently. I was quoted $90 plus one of the good tires coming off would go onto a spare rim. Reasonable I thought. Made my way over, and all seemed fine at first. The guy doing the work was friendly enough, but as the work progressed, and more workers joined in I realized they were not balancing the tires. When I inquired about this I was told that would be extra. I have NEVER heard of new tire installation not including the tire balancing in the price. Since most of the work was already done I had no choice but to pay extra to have them balanced. I went from $90 to $110 of which he wanted $120. I asked him to meet me half way since they did not disclose the lack of balancing at the start of the job and he accepted. I'm not going to say that my experience was 100% negative as they did replace a lug nut that apparently was in need of replacing, but not disclosing that you don't include the most basic task such as balancing in your price is quite a bit surprising. I have to replace my tires once every 3-4 years depending on travel so I am acutely aware that balancing tires is always part of the mounting process. Just a note: ALWAYS ASK WHAT'S INCLUDED BEFORE ANY WORK IS UNDERWAY!!!!!!!! I know I WILL from now on!

Came to get a new tire because mine kept going flat. The men here are super friendly. They offered to patch my tire instead of of changing it and it saved me money. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks!Service: Tires
