Ann at the Burgaw office made filing my taxes painless!! She was able to do it all remotely, I didn't have to step in the office once. It was such an easy process from scanning and uploading my documents to signing the final paperwork. She was very friendly and personable!!

Friendly, positive. Did not take long. Expensive. Tax return was straightforward except for Solar credit. Charged over 300.00 did get senior 30% discount which brought it down some.
