They were as always ready to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road safely. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

They put a truck on the internet for a ridiculously good deal. I made an appointment the day before and drove all the way out there to see it. I even confirmed with them through text that I could still test drive it on my way there. when I got there, I was told that theyd sold it the night before and that someone had texted me this morning but I must have missed the text. No one ever texted me this, the fact is that this truck never existed. It was a tactic to get people through the door, and a smart one. They tried to sell me the same truck with more miles for 5k more and low balled me on my trade. I went back to wilmington and got exactly what I wanted.

Bought a vehicle from them yesterday. Very friendly salesman. Didn’t push us into anything was there to answer questions and to help us through making a deal when we were ready.

Recently purchased a used vehicle. It was as pleasant if not more so as any new car purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you Bryant for your patience and thoroughness during our decision making process. The service manager was helpful and just an overall great experience. I think I’ve finally identified the dealership I will be doing business with going forward.

What I thought was a wonderful experience at Kurtis Chevrolet has turned into a nightmare. I was particular in what features I desired in my new suburban and I was assured that they could find me what I was looking for. One was found at Westgate Chevrolet and a dealer transfer was arranged. I signed paperwork and was told if there was anything I didn't like about the vehicle they would find another one. The next day it was delivered to Kurtis and pictures were sent to me. I f

I bought a car and decided it was too small. I drove the car 1500 miles and had it a few months. I was going to use it as a trade in on a larger vehicle. They offered 60% of the cars value and would not negotiate on anything.

This is the worst and most dishonest dealership I've ever been to. The general manager( Shane Wilkins) is a bold faced liar, the sales manager is a no good snake. Went there to buy a vehicle first day it was listed for sale, was told a price higher than they listed it for the on the web site.I returned the next morning when they opened to buy the vehicle and after them having their little shady meeting amongst themselves, Shane Wilkins finally admitted it was sold . Sold to their own employee Chris Donaldson. I made two trips in less than 18 hours to this poor excuse of a business for a pack of lies! Safeway which is now Westgate Chevy( was told to me by their own salesman) changed owners because of all their shady dealings. Obviously nothing has changed but the name of the place. STAY AWAY!!!! I found a better vehicle at a much better dealership and you can too! Don't waste your time with these clowns! Also they are not accredited with the better business bureau so you can't make a complaint with BBB about them. But you can spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Every sales rep was very knowledgeable and caring of all the customers that came in. I worked with Bryant and Jeff to find the car the I really wanted even though I was very indecisive. I'll definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone.

Have enjoyed my Truck for the past year. Being Charged $520 over the Sale Price and promised by sales manager a Refund and later told New Management No Refund! Well, would never buy again. Buyer Beware were You Buy!

Test drove chevy equinox in May. After it failed miserably at my mechanic, I told safeway (westgate) chevy the airbags also were not working. They said ,"Oh,I know...thats what that light is on for." REALLY??? They let me knowingly drive a vehicle (all the way to Wilmington in rush hour) that had not one working airbag. SMH
