Whoever is running route 28425-R005 is a sorry individual. They threw my package on the ground and the contents inside broke. Not the seller will not accept it as the damage was not their fault. This is not the first time this has happened either. This is completely unacceptable and I hope whoever is responsible will be held accountable and reprimanded properly.

Too lazy to deliver my package so they’re having me pick it up. Go to the office and they say it’s being held in some random van in the middle of a field. No instructions beyond that. Typical government funded agency

Yes, I hardly ever get the mail or packages on the day they’re supposed to be delivered.
They’ve had my mail at the post office since last Wednesday the mail they holding is very important.
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the post office and it seems like nobody wants to get back to me.

Getting so sick of the workers who deliver in my area in BurgawThey hired a new guy that does not know what he is doing!He mixes up the mail half the time.And most everyone at my apt complex has to swap mail after he leaves. I lived here 7 years, had no problems getting my private mail .But since this guy started delivering .my important mail is not delivered to me! Never had worries in other towns I lived in with my mail. Unlike the Burgaw Post office where I worry about my mail I don't get!Never had problems with my mail going to other people before.Burgaw Post office has to hire the right workers!Most times neighbors Dont bother giving you your mail they get!!!Something has to be done with the workers that deliver in Burgaw!!! When you call post office to complain the person who answers shows she does not care ! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THE BURGAW POST OFFICE WITH WORKERS WHO DELIVER OUR MAIL!!!

Mail delivery woman throws packages on our doorsteps instead of placing them down. Sometimes the contents are fragile! It also needs to be noted that we all don't always have a choice to use FedEx or UPS instead to deliver packages; some vendors insist on USPS. This postal worker has done this repeadly - she doesn't even walk all the way up to the door and just stands back and throws the packages at our doors! We have her doing this on security cameras in our complex, and she needs to be held accountable. No respect for people's property! Also, No answer at the Burgaw office phone number.

Use on a regular basis. The clerks are super friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in under 5 minutes. The carriers that I have had contact with are personable and helpful. So glad I moved to Burgaw!

Would put no starts if I could. Workers are so lazy, they never deliver packages and we have to go pick up at the facility. Have watched over and over again them pull up to the mailbox with that orange slip. They don't even have the packages on the truck! Had very important packages that were supposed to be delivered today and don't know when I can go pick them up considering I get out of work well after they close. You guys need to step up your game as you cause such an inconvenience for everyone.

I'm afraid to order anything from ebayanymore. 5 packages didn't arrive at my house in the last 2 years. Tracking said delivered in mailbox, but not at my address. Miss Judy K. somehow managed to bring 2 of them to me, the other 3...I guess people kept. One was an expensive die cast model car. And another was a couple of automatic chicken coop doors... they were $300. Thinking of getting a mailbox at the Rocky Point post office.
