Unfortunately there's no residential pick up where I live. But I finally found a convenient drop off station thats not busy and the staff was helpful and polite.

absolutely horrible! They have ruined my moms trashcan that she bought & the neighbors. I have called several times asking for someone to call us back to discuss. The receptionist in the New Bern office is less than pleasant & acts like she hates her job. No one calls back it's a continual problem. The trash cans are thrown, lids also & not even placed back in the yard but left in the ditch or side of the road.

It has been a month since I requested a second can. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE. This company is trash. The drivers regularly miss houses on purpose. They fling trash all over neighborhoods. And they can’t deliver a second trash can after charging you for it. This company needs to be dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up. I do NOT recommend this company. They don’t care about their customers in the slightest bit. If I had other options for garbage removal, I would jump onto it.

Waste Industries is very reckless and continues to dump my nasty neighbor’s cigarette butts all over the street instead of the back of the trash truck.

Learn some customer service. Since the transition from Ray's Rural and Pink Trash to WI, there has been a total lack of coordination and service. I am still having billing issues and since my payment was late they stopped picking up. For 2 weeks no trash was picked up yet they would not credit my account for 2 weeks worth of service. I have not signed a contract with WI, don't know their procedures, policies, and can't get through on the phone. Went to online chat and the customer service rep knew nothing of customer service. I finally told them to come pick up the can as I would not do business with a company who truly does not care about their customers

Customer Service is ridiculous. They say they'll resolve an issue just to get you off the phone. I've been patiently waiting on my new recycling bin for two weeks. I missed one pick up because I haven't received my bin and my next pick up is next week, but no bin. They expect me to pay for the service by the due date next week when I haven't even been able to use the service.

I am receiving the worst service ever. They are using the excuse they are short handed. Sorry, not my problem. There are plenty of CDL drivers needing work so hire them. Missed picking up my trash yet again. Many calls placed and many promises made and here it is Saturday and my trash can, along with many other neighbors cans still sit at the roadside. Even the Manager promised he would come get it himself. And to think I was going to upgrade to a larger service. I dought it, they can't even pick up what I have on time.

Unreliable. Scheduled for pickup every Thursday, but it seems like once a month we get skipped. Then we chase them for a day or two to get them to send the truck out. Definitely not a service I could recommend.
