I would like to say what a professional, compassionate and caring experience I had with Dr. Tickle and staff on Sunday, 2/19/23. Their expertise was displayed as I brought what to me is my “child”, into this facility for end of life care. This was one of the hardest things I ever had to do! My head knew one thing and my heart broke! Dr Tickle was very compassionate and comforting to me and to my dog. I know I did what was right and knowing that they understood was very comforting to me. I could not ask for a better place to go in an emergency situation for animal care.

Had to take my precious kitty Sam to All Paws Emergency on March 8, 2022. Dr Sharon Anthony did an excellent job explaining Sam’s situation after bloodwork and X-rays. She showed me the bloodwork and Xrays and informed me of my options. Unfortunately I had to make a decision to let my baby go. But Dr Anthony and tech Brianna were so caring and kind. Most importantly, both me and my precious Sam were treated with respect and dignity in a very difficult situation.

Took my dog for a disease and they gave him an injection that made him feel more bad and got anemic they didn’t told us that he was anemic and needed blood and oxygen and he later on died.

I would give this Emergency Hospital a less than one star. If you have a pet LET them DIE before you go there. My husband called to find out where they were because of Missy was having a seizure and I was not home when it happened. My Missy was left to us by my Dad who passed. Our baby has helped us with this passing. After getting the directions by husband proceed to drive crazy to get there. Upon arrival, the door was locked, he kept knocking, the person said you have to have a mask. My husband said I have one just take my dog and don't let her die and I will get the "*******" mask. He was just shocked. As a doctor of medicine he thought the lady would be a more compassionate since supposedly she is a dog. They proceed to keep talking about financial part between 800-1400. Who in the right mind has financial cost vs talking care of a possibly dying child. Yes,, Missy is our child. at the end is was $800.00 but it could have been 1400.00 if she stayed over night. My son had to go up there to pay because our debit card declined. What would a person do if they did not have the MONEY. I guess NOT get treated. This business is a ripe out. You should not be a doctor. This bill SHOULD have never been over $400.00 and you know that. I want them to refund us but of course thats out the question because I son tried to explain to them after the treatment but that did not work. WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC and people are OUT OF work. We could not afford this and we had to be humiliated and let our son pay. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. You should not have any kind of RATING.

Our hen was attacked so badly by a predator that she had to be put down. On a holiday, no less. We couldn't find anyone under 230, and that was all the way in Raleigh. The staff was very compassionate towards our loss, our hen was raised by us as a baby. They were gentle with our hen, vet himself came out to give sympathies (he worked with exotic fowl before), and explained exactly how they would do the euthanizing. We paid 55.

Emergency suggests immediacy.. unfortunately this was not the case. I actually called ahead and was informed of one client ahead of us, already being seen.We arrived, were greeted, and waited. I hate that I have to write this, but you would think, at the prices, more attention to clients' care would be given.

Great experience with this clinic, my dog was treated and stayed overnight. The vet was friendly efficient and knowledgeable and the assistant was compassionate and helpful. She told me I could call and check up on him, which I did and she was very reassuring with her updates. Yeah, it's expensive but I challenge you to find an emergency vet clinic that isn't. Vets have to pay bills as well people, the mortgage company doesn't let them have the building for free just because they treat animals. You'd expect a visit the the emergency room to be expensive, there's really no difference.

I see this vet service is not BBB accredited and after my experience with them in late July I can see why. I spent $349 having my Canine Service Animal (Otis) treated for puncture wounds on his face and head. They put cleaned up 1/2 of one side of his face, completely missed the other side of his face and the top of his head so the infection raged on. They put him on an ineffective antibiotic, gave him nothing for swelling or pain. I had to go to another vet service 24 hours later to finally get professional help. (I would highly recommend ***** **** *** ******* in ******** ** as Dr. R****** was excellent!)
