Been to All Paws 3 different times in 2023. The vets and the staff were all wonderful! Very caring and very compassionate! Saved the lives of our beagles each time! Expensive? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. Time consuming? Yes. But so is going to a people ER. I have no complaints whatsoever. Our furry family is worth it. Thank you for being here in Burlington. We appreciate you all so much!!

Worst vet clinic and heartless staff. My dog was brought in suffering and in critical condition they didn’t care all they wanted to talk about was full payment for every little piece from oxygen, just to look at him and say what anyone could tell just by looking at him I didn’t have the money to pay upfront to afford to try and save his life so they just kept walking to the back asking questions about payment while my dog is suffering no pain meds no anything and even wailed out in pain and I heard it from the front! They acted like if we didn’t pay just for the looking at him itself it was almost as if we couldn’t leave without finding a way to pay them. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND they offered to give him back to me still alive still suffering had to beg these people to work with me just to put him out of his misery. Horrible people! Wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy the way he was treated.when I had something to say to the two heartless females working there they wanted to get attitudes which I really don’t care because you hardly do the bare minimum when it comes to saving anything’s life. I hope you get shut down and you all lose your jobs because that’s the least y’all deserve.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Burbridge and Mallory and every other staff member I interacted with. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. They saved my precious Frenchie from a snake bite. I am forever grateful for the precious staff and amazing Dr Burbridge. Unbelievable communication, kindness at every interaction! Thank y’all again for everything.

Dr. Anthony provided emergency services to my dog. Dr. Anthony was limited by the amount of equipment she had on hand to investigate my dog's issues. My dog needed emergency surgery and Dr. Anthony was not equipped to provide that for her. My dog passed away before I could transport her to a full service emergency vet hospital. While I truly appreciate what Dr. Anthony did and was capable of doing in with their limited services, I now know if I have a surgical issue, to keep on the road to Greensboro or Durham.Urgent Care = yesEmergency Hospital = noI won't make that mistake again.

Had 2 puppies 4 months old that ended up getting Parvo before they were fully vaccinated. Vet ran Xrays without asking my permission and charged me for it (I even said I suspected parvo). Then they weren't even gonna run the Parvo test until I told them again that's what I expected it was. Ran the test and it came back positive, they then make me feel like a peice of trash and told me if I didn't pay to keep the puppies there (250 per night) they would die. My pups made a full recovery in 3 days. If you have any other option please use them and do not go here.

Dr. Anthony and her staff took great care of our dog who was experiencing seizures. Ali was calm, informative, and compassionate beginning with my phone call and throughout our visit. Dr. Anthony confidently stepped in when Khloe had another seizure, shared findings and provided a plan for immediate treatment, as well as suggestions for follow-up. We are grateful for your knowledgeable and caring treatment!

my dog ripped his nail off, we took him due to him limping. customer service was awful, they took my dog back and i heard him whining as if they were messing with his paw (which is fine, i understand having to examine it), but then the tech brought my dog back up and said there was nothing they can do, that he’s not in pain. i asked to speak to the vet, i was told by the tech that the vet will tell me the same thing, i said i didn’t care and i wanted to see the vet… never saw the vet. i asked if he could have an antibiotic or pain reliever because his toenail was literally off. was told no, he’ll be fine it won’t get infected, he’s not in pain. (bs). told us they were trying to save us money by not treating him. took him to our primary vet once they opened and it’s infected! the tech at all paws made me feel stupid from being worried, got an attitude when i said he needs to be treated. it was honestly just horrible. i truly do feel like they were being lazy. so thankful for southern animal hospital in mebane for looking out for my boy! DO NOT GO TO ALL PAWS, they do not care about the owners feelings or your animals safety.

We had to take our beloved cat Tigger here last night. We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize him. The staff was so sympathetic and talked us through everything they did. I’m only giving four stars because we wished by a miracle it was something small and that we could bring our baby home ?

I had my kitten seen here because nothing else was open. He was dying from worms and all they did was give him a dewormer prescription and some fluids (which by the looks of it they either missed or it all leaked out because he was soaked. My poor kitten was extremely sick and dying. He passed the next day even after two doses of the dewormer. I told them he wasn't eating for days but nothing was done about it. I will not recommend this hospital unless it is a dire emergency. If they were even a little bit more attentive to my kitten's needs he would probably still be here today. Not to mention they charged $400 for an exam, fluids, and some medicine. Their pricing is ridiculous considering the poor quality care.

I hope this place shuts down for no help and overcharge like crazy. I went with my puppy and there was two black females working bother were slow as hell and helped with nothing. Gave me medicine and the medicine killed my puppy and when I called them they said they are not responsible and can not do anything.

We’ve had to bring our pup here twice and both times I have been pleased with the care that the tech and Dr. Anthony have provided.I wish they were open during regular hours so they could be my primary vet! The tech was so nice and caring with my pup as well as Dr. Anthony and that is all anyone can ask for when their dog is like their child. I didn’t feel rushed out the door and was encouraged to ask questions if had any. The ONLY thing was the price was high but that is to be expected for emergency vet hours.
